Good practical foundation book

This book was recommended to me by a fellow agility competitor. I ordered it and was glad I did. The book explains the importance of "what goes on between obstacles," rather than the completing the obstacle. The author states that in agility, the dog spends more time on the flat running with the handler than performing the obstacles. Emphasis is placed on handler body movement and body position. The book is 76 pages, an easy read with explanations and photographs. I have found it to be very useful.

A good reminder book

I am helping instruct an Intro to Agility class, and this book is helping me to incorporate some specific flatwork into the class. It has given me so very good ideas. This is a very good book for anyone who is a beginner or anyone who is starting another dog. Sometimes we tend to forget exactly what we taught when starting a dog, and this is a good reminder. I recommend it.
